Techno 2K: Acrylic primers
F302 indicates a family of bicomponent products formulated with particular acrylic resins, which make them ideal to be applied by spray, roller and brush and used as primers on any type of substrate, from carbon steel, to galvanized steel, to aluminum, to plastic. They are primers which can be repainted wet on wet up to 15 days, with polyurethane or acrylic finishes. Polistuc Metal acrylic primers can be added with hardener at 20% with aliphatic (F901CT), semi-aliphatic (F900CT) or aromatic (F902CT) hardeners, according to the needs of speed, technical performance or application system. Polistuc Metal Techno 2K range includes the standard acrylic version F302SP, suitable for carpentry in general, and the highly sandable version F302CC, ideal to be used as a primer in the industrial bodywork sector, where an excellent aesthetic appearance of the painted product is desired.

Enamels
Micacoat: Coarse grain 2K ferromicaceous enamels
F6FM identifies a family of ferromicaceous oxide enamels, bicomponent and based on acrylic resins to be crosslinked with pure aliphatic isocyanates. Formulated with special coarse grain additives, they give a rough appearance.
The barrier and anti-corrosion effect of the pigments included in the formulation are improved, giving excellent adhesion, lasting and resistance to atmospheric agents thanks to the acrylic resins crosslinked with isocyanate. They can be applied by traditional spray, roller or brush systems on iron, aluminum and galvanized steel surfaces or in the presence of old paints, adequately cleaned and prepared by sanding or brushing, with removal of rust or old layers.

Micafast: Coarse grain 1K ferromicaceous enamels
F4FM identifies a family of monocomponent enamels based on alkyd resins with micaceous iron oxide pigments, coarse grain, with a rough appearance.
They allow to achieve a good anticorrosion power and barrier effect. They are available in different colors, they are easy to use because they only require dilution with nitro or nitro-synthetic thinners. They can be applied with traditional spray, roller or brush systems on iron, aluminum or old paint surfaces, properly prepared by sanding or brushing, with the removal of rust or old layers present.

Nitrotech: Fast drying enamels
F436 identifies a family of monocomponent enamels applicable on nitro-resistant monocomponent primers. They are products that guarantee a good aesthetic appearance and final brightness, they are ideal for simple restoration or aesthetic maintenance work. They stand out in the range of monocomponent products for their very fast drying times. They can be used by spray, roller or brush, after adequate dilution with nitro solvent DL001.

DTM
Techno 2K: Acrylic DTM
In the DTM product sector, the acrylic family is by far the most used, thanks to the countless intended uses, versatility and technical and aesthetic performances. Formulated with pure quality resins and passivating pigments, to ensure protection from corrosion, they can be applied to carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and its alloys, various plastic materials and glass.
The use of pure aliphatic hardeners guarantees maximum mechanical performance and considerable resistance to atmospheric agents, with the possibility of achieving different technical and application characteristics by appropriately choosing the most suitable hardener present in the Polistuc Metal range.
These products can be applied by spray, roller or brush, are easy to use and can be easily maintained over time, to ensure continuous protection of the substrate.
