F341SP is an epoxy-polyamide product with a vinyl modification. It is most commonly used as a high build intermediate to be applied over zinc and epoxy primers. This type of product is distinguished by the characteristic of being able to be overcoated even after some time, offering maximum adhesion for subsequent layers without the need to be sanded. The presence of passivating pigments and the high solid content by volume, make them usable also as anticorrosion primers directly on a suitably prepared substrate.

Epotech: Epoxy primers
Epotech, family of bicomponent epoxy paints, includes five series of general purpose primers, for applications on carbon steel, galvanized steel, concrete or other suitably prepared substrates. This series of products has excellent adhesion characteristics, and thanks to the barrier effect and the presence of passivating pigments, it guarantees excellent protection of the substrate. In the F336ST version are underlined, in particular, excellent adhesion on metal substrates that are not perfectly prepared or in the presence of high humidity, old paint or damaged and deteriorated coatings and maximum anticorrosion power and barrier effect. In the version F338HC the characteristics of excellent passivating protection and barrier effect typical of a traditional epoxy primer are highlighted, and high water repellency and impermeability, which make it suitable for use on carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum or concrete products that will be landfilled or placed in conditions of high humidity.
Easy to use, the coatings obtained ensure filling and elasticity, and high thicknesses can be reached even in a single coat, thanks to the high solid content by volume. They can be applied by traditional spray, roller or brush systems.

Poliacryl: Primer for galvanized steel
F710 indicates a series of monocomponent products specifically designed and formulated for direct applications on galvanized steel. It is well known that normal monocomponent alkyd products are not suitable for direct application on this difficult substrate by spray, roller and brush, and, concerning it, Polistuc Metal offers Poliacryl 1K, a product formulated with quality resins, fast drying and excellent resistances to atmospheric agents. It is recommended that the substrate be improved by mechanical roughening before applying Poliacryl 1K.

F805 indicates a series of monocomponent zinc phosphate products. Polistuc Metal synthetic rust inhibitors are formulated with long oil alkyd resins, which makes them particularly suitable for roller and / or brush applications. They are the ideal products for non-professional users who want to achieve an excellent performance result, but do not have the typical equipment of on site applications.

Techno 2K: Acrylic primers
F302 indicates a family of bicomponent products formulated with particular acrylic resins, which make them ideal to be applied by spray, roller and brush and used as primers on any type of substrate, from carbon steel, to galvanized steel, to aluminum, to plastic. They are primers which can be repainted wet on wet up to 15 days, with polyurethane or acrylic finishes. Polistuc Metal acrylic primers can be added with hardener at 20% with aliphatic (F901CT), semi-aliphatic (F900CT) or aromatic (F902CT) hardeners, according to the needs of speed, technical performance or application system. Polistuc Metal Techno 2K range includes the standard acrylic version F302SP, suitable for carpentry in general, and the highly sandable version F302CC, ideal to be used as a primer in the industrial bodywork sector, where an excellent aesthetic appearance of the painted product is desired.

Technoprimer indicates a series of monocomponent anti-rust primers with and without zinc phosphates. Polistuc Metal fast drying rust inhibitors are formulated with low oil alkyd resins, therefore particularly suitable for spray, roller and brush applications, and with excellent drying speed. Technoprimer Polistuc Metal rust inhibitors are the ideal products for those who are looking for a fast, efficient and economical coating system. The F211 and F311 series can be repainted after 8 hours and no later than 24 hours, with monocomponent synthetic, alkyd or ferromicaceous enamels.

Clorotech: Chlorine rubber enamels
F444 identifies a series of alkyd enamels modified with chlorine rubber resins. The characteristic of these enamels is their excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, in particular in contact with sweet or salt water. These enamels are applicable on alkyd or synthetic anti-rust primers. They can be used by spray, roller or brush, after adequate dilution according to the application system. F444 enamels are also ideal for applications on concrete or for restoring tanks and swimming pools.

Epotech: Epoxy enamels
Epotech, a family of bicomponent epoxy paints, includes two distinct series of enamels, applicable by spray, roller and brush on primer or epoxy intermediates, concrete or cement, or as an anti-dust for industrial flooring. In metal, after adequate decontamination by mechanical equipment or sandblasting, they guarantee an excellent barrier effect. The first series, F430, has characteristics of high surface hardness, chemical-physical resistances and toughness of the paint film obtained. Suitable for applications such as “protective coating” on products that will be used in highly aggressive conditions. The second, F437SP0900, solvent-free, increases further the already excellent characteristics of the epoxy enamels. To be used in those sectors where very high thicknesses and extremely hard and tough films are required, without emissions or release of VOCs into the atmosphere. Not suitable for outdoor.

Micacoat: Coarse grain 2K ferromicaceous enamels
F6FM identifies a family of ferromicaceous oxide enamels, bicomponent and based on acrylic resins to be crosslinked with pure aliphatic isocyanates. Formulated with special coarse grain additives, they give a rough appearance.
The barrier and anti-corrosion effect of the pigments included in the formulation are improved, giving excellent adhesion, lasting and resistance to atmospheric agents thanks to the acrylic resins crosslinked with isocyanate. They can be applied by traditional spray, roller or brush systems on iron, aluminum and galvanized steel surfaces or in the presence of old paints, adequately cleaned and prepared by sanding or brushing, with removal of rust or old layers.

Politech: Polyurethane enamels
Politech identifies a series of crosslinked polyurethane enamels with isocyanate hardeners. They are enamels suitable for valuable coating in many sectors. Equipped with excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, this series of enamels stands out for their versatility of use and the excellent final aesthetic appearance. Crosslinking with different hardeners modifies the final characteristics of the coating, in order to achieve high-performance enamels, with good surface hardness, light fastness, fast drying and high impermeability. To be applied with traditional application systems (spray, roller and brush) on primers, epoxy intermediates or acrylic primers, they are available in different gloss levels. F424SP0300 enamel on the other hand, is polyester modified and solvent-free.This product creates a particularly hard coating with high chemical-physical resistance and dielectric insulation capacity. Applied to very thick carbon steel, it is suitable for external painting of tanks intended for landfill. Applicable only with BIMIX double float system – Minimum recommended thickness 800µ DFT.
