TINTOSYSTEM – Semitransparent stains CNC400 series
CNC400 identifies a series of semitransparent stains with high coverage and good light fastness over time. It is therefore indicated whenever it is needed to tint the wood by uniforming the distinctive features of each essence, due to important variations in color within the same substrate to be painted. It can be diluted with solvents characterized by different drying speeds, such as DL005 (very fast), DL001 (fast), DL034 (slow) or their mixtures. If it is necessary to mark the grain, it is possible to add the concentrated stains with solventborne binders.

TINTOSYSTEM – Semitransparent stains CW9000 series
CW9000 is a series of extra concentrated waterborne colorants, with high transparency and good light fastness over time. Unlike the CW100 series, they are stains to be diluted more or to be used if necessary to color the chosen essence more intensely. It is therefore indicated, after appropriate dilution, whenever it is needed to tint the wood while keeping the distinctive features of each essence clearly visible. It can be diluted with water. If it is necessary to mark the grain, it is possible to add the concentrated color with waterborne binders.

TINTOSYSTEM – Stains for sealers and topcoats CC0100 series
CC0100 series includes mixture of colorants suitable for the tinting of clear coatings. This addition allows to change the color tone during the application of the primer or the last coat of topcoat. We recommend a percentage of use not exceeding 1%, higher additions could give an excessively hiding and “plasticized” appearance. To give liveliness to the desired color, the CC0100 series can be mixed with the CCU200 series.

If it is necessary to define the grain, it is possible to add the concentrated stain with solventborne or waterborne binders.

IDROIN – Traditional insulating agents
IDROIN includes two bicomponent waterborne insulating agents. WIS302 is a clear insulating agent, characterized by excellent coverage, insulation capacity, verticality and sanding. WIS313 is a white insulating agent, specially formulated for the painting of woods rich in tannin and extractives, substances commonly present in oak, iroko and chestnut woods. Excellent penetration and grain marking, also suitable for MDF. These substances, in the absence of an insulating agent, cause an uneven final appearance or localized areas where the paint film does not dry.

IDROIN includes two clear sealers suitable for painting furniture and furnishing accessories. WFS0026 is a monocomponent thixotropic sealer for general use, it has excellent verticality, good transparency, excellent grain definition and sandability. Its particular rheology allows to paint vertically, reaching good thicknesses without dropping problems. WFSZ60926 is a monocomponent sealer for general use, has a good grain marking and filling, excellent sandability and resistance to overcoating with solventborne topcoats. It could be added with hardener to improve insulating properties and the adhesion to the substrate.

IDROIN – Traditional white sealers
IDROIN includes two white waterborne sealers. WFS5501 is a bicomponent sealer specific for painting MDF, it is however applicable also on common wood essences. It is very fast drying and characterized by optimal wetting and adhesion, thanks to the addition of the hardener. WFS5513 is a monocomponent sealer for general use, it is endowed with good sanding and grain marking, good chromatic coverage and filling. It is suitable for painting MDF, because it does not absorb too much allowing an optimal chromatic uniformity of the coating system.

WFP310 is recommended for doors and furniture in general. Good coverage, sandability and overcoatability.

WOS0022G is a series of monocomponent matt topcoats for general use, with good transparency and good grain marking. They are easy to apply and fast drying, they have a good scratch resistance and are smooth to the touch. Possibility of catalyzing them to increase their chemical-physical characteristics. WLT001 is a bicomponent high gloss topcoat. It gives excellent shine, coverage and chemical resistances to detergents and spots of food and drinks. After complete drying, it is exceptionally hard on the surface, a feature that makes it easy to buff.

WIOP610G is a series of monocomponent matt topcoats for general use, featuring good surface hardness and smoothness to the touch. They cannot be added with hardener, although they have a high viscosity, they have a good surface levelling, resulting in a homogeneous surface also due to opacity. WIOP610TIXG is a series of monocomponent thixotropicmatt topcoats for general use, with good surface hardness and smoothness to the touch. These topcoats are suitable for vertical coating, while maintaining excellent levelling and surface homogeneity. WPOP1010G is a series of bicomponent matt topcoats for general use, featuring excellent surface hardness and smoothness to the touch. They must be added with hardener, this addition determines a remarkable resistance to spots. WLP010 is a bicomponent high gloss topcoat. It has excellent brightness and fullness. It gives exceptional chemical resistances, it must be applied in two coats without intermediate sanding, followed by buffing at least 48 hours after its application. All these four series are light fast and can be used as white bases for matching pastel colors, by adding waterborne pastes belonging to the Colour Passion tinting system.

TECHsolv includes a series of clear acryilic topcoats. The TECHsolv product line is used to coat quality furniture, furnishing accessories and kitchens. They are products characterized by high light fastness, cold liquids resistances and wear over time. The topcoats of this line have pot life that can be adapted to any coating system, by varying the combined hardener. The sinkling is limited over time, ensuring optimal uniformity of the surface, be it matt or high gloss. The appropriate replacement of the hardener also allows to vary the technical characteristics of the coating film.

Self sealers
IDROIN – Traditional clear self sealer
IDROIN includes four series of waterborne topcoats. WOS2Gare monocomponent topcoats that give to the coated surface excellent transparency, good surface hardness and resistance to cold liquids and are fast drying. They are easy to apply and mark perfectly the grain. WOS0021G is a series of monocomponent self sealers which have good basic chemical resistances, surface hardness, coverage and transparency, the latter feature allows to apply more coats of the same product without the paint package becoming opalescent. IDROLEGNO is a bicomponent self sealer natural effect. Excellent grain definition, thanks to a low solid content. to be applied in two coats. Its bicomponent nature makes it resistant to accidental contacts with food, drinks and non-aggressive detergents, as well as good surface hardness and homogeneity. WOS030is a bicomponent self sealer with a natural effect. Excellent grain marking and surface hardness, characteristics that make it suitable for painting even flooring and stairs. To be applied in two or three coats. Its bicomponent nature makes it resistant to accidental contacts with food, drinks and non-aggressive detergents. It provides an unpainted appearance to the wood. It does not change the natural color of the wood.

OILS – Clear olis VS1 series
VS1 identifies three oil finish products intended for the protection of floors, furnishing accessories and shelves, and are particularly recommended for achieving a natural unpainted effect, guaranteeing good chemical and mechanical resistances. It penetrates effectively into the substrate, preservingthe wood structure from daily use and cleaning. It should be applied in two or three coats, the first directly on previously sanded raw wood, the second and the third on itself, if necessary, waiting that the previous coat is touch free. In the first coat it is possible to apply a waterborne and solventborne colorants, if the final colour of the substrate has to be changed.

Not suitable for flooring. VS1753 and VS-OIL, instead, have lower solid content and they are suitasbel for natural effects, especially on floors. They have good chemical and mechanical resistances. They can be tinted with the CIMseries of colorants.
PLANT – Clear self sealers from renewable resources
PLANT includes two series of waterborne self sealers for interior. WOT300G is a series of bicomponent waterborne clear self sealers, specifically designed for flooring, but which can also be used on furniture, furnishing accessories, doors and flat parts. It exhibits very good scratch and abrasion resistances, chemical resistance and optimal wetting properties. WOT030G is a series of monocomponent waterborne clear self sealers for general use. They have good transparency, good resistance to chemical agents and remarkable smoothness to the touch. The addition of a WCA3IO isocyanic hardener, also formulated with raw materials obtained from renewable resources, allows to significantly increase the resistance to chemical agents, the surface hardness and the abrasion resistance, to achieve the same characteristics as the standard bicomponent systems.
