IDROPOL – Traditional impregnating agents
IDROPOL includes four series of traditional impregnating agents intended for the protection of wooden structures placed outdoor. They differ from each other in terms of application method and coatable essence. The WIE8000 series identifies specific impregnating agents for softwood. WIE4000 the specific ones for hardwood. Both of these series are applied by spray or brush. The WIE8900 series identifies the dipping or flow coating version of WIE8000, while the IMW5400 identifies the dipping or flow coating version of WIE4000. They penetrate effectively into the substrate and color it evenly. Their application is the first step of a coating system, they allow to achieve a chromatically homogeneous surface and facilitate the adhesion of the entire coating system. They are available in 14 different colors, as well as being a product with a customizable color.

- Light fastness: Excellent and suitable for painting external wooden structures. Their application is necessary to ensure effective resistance to outdoor. Overcoating with pigmented or clear sealersand topcoatsis mandatory.
IDROPOL – Traditional waxy impregnating agents
IDROPOL includes four different types of waxy impregnating agents intended for the protection of the wooden substrates placed outdoor. WIC2100 series is suggested windows and doors made of unstable woods. The series is characterized by a solid content similar to the coatings usually used for this final use destination, it uniformly colors the substrate, resisting the movements caused by humidity and heat present in particular aggressive climatic conditions. WIC2200 are recommended for structures that are completely or partially exposed to solar radiation and atmospheric agents. WIC2250 is WIC2350 are recommended for structures that are completely or partially exposed to solar radiation and atmospheric agents in particularly aggressive climatic conditions, preserving the wooden structures from degradation and consequent greying. They penetrate effectively into the substrate and color it evenly. All four series must be applied in two coats, the first directly on raw wood previously sanded, the second on itself, waiting for it to be touch dry. They are available in 14 different colors, as well as being a product with a customizable color.

Their application is necessary to guarantee an effective resistance to exterior conditions of unstable wood structures. Overcoating with one coat of the same product is mandatory. The first coat must be colored, the second can also be colorless. First coat, the tinted WIE8000 or WIE4000 series can also be used.
Sealers
TECHsolv – Acrylic sealers for exterior
TECHsolv includes two acrylic sealers specificic for coating of wooden structures and substrates placed outdoor. FPA740 is a clear sealer with excellent sandability, transparency and excellent grain marking. FPAB710 is a white sealer also with excellent sandability and grain marking, while keeping high coverage, both as solid content and as whiteness. Both sealers contain UV filters to limit the color changing of the wood over time. They are characterized by excellent reactivity and elasticity. They must be overcoated with the specific acrylic topcoats for outdoor use.

- Peculiar features: The versatility of these sealers allows to coat any wooden essence, be it exotic, therefore rich in extractives, be it traditional, even rich in tannin. The high resistance to solar radiation, the excellent breathability and the remarkable insulation capacity are the main characteristics that distinguish them. It is recommended to apply the sealers on surfaces treated with a suitable tinted (clear systems) or colorless (pigmented systems) impregnating agent.
Topcoats
IDROPOL – Clear topcoats by brush WOE2000
WOE2000 is a series of monocomponent waterborne clear thixotropic matt topcoats dedicated to brush application. They are topcoats with excellent blocking resistance, elasticity and transparency. They are easy to apply, do not drop and determine an optimal aesthetic result. They are particularly suitable for extraordinary maintenance of wooden elements and structures that are not very exposed or protected, if delamination, breakage or flaking of the pre-existing system has appeared. Being a monocomponent product, it can also be applied promptly in the damaged area, after sanding with removal of the old paint film.

- Peculiar features: Topcoats suitable for brush coating of vertical surfaces, they are easy to apply and only needs to be diluted with water (5-10%). The colorless version WOE2005 can be used to formulate tinted (with iron oxides) or pigmented topcoats (with the waterborned pastes of the Colour Passion tintometric system)
TECHsolv – Acrylic topcoats for exterior
TECHsolv includes two series of matt acrylic topcoats specific for the coating of wooden structures and substrates destined outdoor. OTA7740G is a series of clear topcoats with excellent resistance to solar radiation, excellent gloss retention, good grain marking, smoothness to the touch, scratch resistance and water repellency properties. The high transparency makes these topcoats suitable for enrich the coated wood essence, keeping its distinctive characters clearly evident. OPBA7710G is a series of white topcoats also endowed with good smoothness to the touch, scratch resistance, excellent light fastness and atmospheric agents resistance. The good chromatic coverage allows to achieve a uniform surface.

Self sealers
OILS – Clear oils VS1 series
VS1 identifies two oil finishes intended for the protection of the substrates placed outdoor, and are particularly recommended for structures that are fully or partially exposed to solar radiation and atmospheric agents in particularly aggressive climates. It penetrates effectively into the support, preserving the wood structure from decay and consequent greying. It should be applied tinted in two or three coats, the first directly on previously sanded raw wood, the second and the third on itself, if necessary, waiting for it is touch dry. In the first coat it is possible to apply a tinted waterborne impregnating agent, in order to better protect the substrate to be coated.

- Peculiar features: Particularly suitable for painting external structures that are completely or partially exposed to atmospheric agents, in particularly aggressive climates. Overcoating with at least one coat of the same product is mandatory. The first coat must be colored, the second can also be colorless. First coat, the tinted WIE8000 or WIE4000 series can also be used. Enriched with special additives able to protect the lignin from greying. They can be tinted with the CIM series of colorants.
Coating systems
PoliStruct – Waterborne systems for exposed structures
The lasting of a coating system over time depends on many factors, including an proper choice of the type of wood to be painted and the optimal coating system to achieve the desired performances. The degree of exposure to atmospheric agents and solar radiation requires a careful choice of paint products. PoliStruct is a set of waterborne coating systems for exterior specific for wooden structures, floors or garden furniture that are completely or partially exposed to atmospheric agents. All the systems have a common composition, they include the application of a suitable tinted impregnating agent for conifers or broadleaves and a clear or tinted waxy impregnating agent, which is different depending on the final intended use. The products are formulated with special additives that increase the stability to sunlight, the mechanical characteristics and the degree of protection of the coated wood. If windows and doors need to be protected, WIC2100 is the right product. For floors, benches and chairs, where the thickness of paint is essential, WIC2350 is the perfect product. For facades, tool sheds, canopies, fences, flower boxes, tables, gazebos, pompeianas, the WIC2200 and WIC2250 products are the most suitable.
PoliSupreme – Oil systems for exposed wooden structures

PoliSupreme is a set of mixed coating systems for outdoorspecific for wooden structures, floors or garden furniture that are completely or partially exposed to atmospheric agents. All the systems have a common composition, they include the application of a suitable tinted impregnating agent for conifers or broadleaves and of a colorless or tinted finishing oil, which is different depending on the desired level of opacity. The products are formulated with special additives that increase the stability to sunlight, the mechanical characteristics and the degree of protection of the coated wood. They are universal systems and can be applied on floors, benches and chairs, facades, tool sheds, fences, flower boxes, tables, gazebos and pompeianas. The systems can be matt with a natural effect, and so VS1750 is used, or satin, and so VS1850 is used.
